All of the services listed below come standard to our home management customers. Our focus is the out-of-town homeowner who uses their property for relaxing, not a monthly income stream. We want you to play, not work while you're here.
Inspections are offered as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. Inspections can be customized for any unqiue needs you may have.
FILTER & BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Forget about air filters and smoke alarm batteries, we will replace as needed and keep you up to date when we do.
As part of our property inspections, we will eliminate any and all wasps found.
Before the first hard freeze we will cover hose bibs, drain exterior water systems, and open cabinet doors. We will return the house to normal after the season.
BAD WEATHER INSPECTIONS
After a hard freeze or a large thunderstorm, we will inspect the interior/exterior of your home for any damage.
No need to worry about putting your trash cans out/in when you come to town. We will check them weekly.

DETAILED MONTHLY ACCOUNTING
We provide a detailed monthly statement of all work done by any service provider. What we call "Month-In-Review".

Each week, outside of our regular property visits, we will drive by and visually inspect the outside of your home from the street.
